The other day, I was strolling through blogs on the internet, when I ran across some super cute cards using Great Impressions images. When I went to their website, I was immediately transported back to a time when our local stamp shop was still in business, my normal Thursday night with the girls... I LOVED Great Impressions stamps then... the artwork was always great, the stamps ink wonderfully, and the images are SO CUTE!
Lo and behold , they were having a Great Impressions coloring challenge (hooray!) this month. Leave it to me to sneak in under the wire, but here I am on deadline day. I pulled out an old Great Impressions stamp I had, and colored to my heart's content. I am also linking this to the Ribbon Carousel's challenge #61 Buttons and Bows - Oh my! I pulled out my favorite gingham ribbon, added a bow and button. Ta Da!

A happy thank you!
This card was made using the Paper Smooches Sparks blog challenge to use this sketch:
Here's my take on it, using Material Girl papers by Cosmo Cricket and Paper Smooches "FOLKal Poinst" stamp set.
I love the little stitches stamps that come with this set. Cute! I finished it off with a bit of baker's twine.

Sweet Baby Card for Cas-ual Fridays and Twisted Tuesday Challenge
I created this card for my friend Amy, who greeted her second daughter, Della Rose. This is also for the Cas-ual Fridays #57 of using something clear and keeping it simple, and the Twisted Tuesdays challenge of using something clear and your favorite thing (mine is the color purple!).
Thanks for stopping by! The baby carriage is from my Stretch Your Imagination Cricut cartridge.

Gingham card for SSD #131
I {heart} gingham. I
have oodles and oodles of retired CTMH gingham ribbon that I just can’t part
with, unless it’s part of a card! I am using the Skipping Stones Design Sketch #131
This card is using a Hero Arts stamp set, and is also my take on
the Moxie Fab World challenge to use Gingham.
Makes me smile.
Happy Stamping!

Damask Challenge
I created this card for the Moxie Fab World challenge of
using damask. This is an older sizzix
folder that I’ve never used before…. along with a piece of core’dinations
cardstock. I love that stuff! It doesn’t take much sanding at all to make
the complementary color shine through!
